      In response to the customer's requirement for a high-speed gear pump for honey, and considering the provided media characteristics (high viscosity, hygiene requirements) and operating parameters (flow rate, pressure, flange size),
      the CX-HDD-64 gear pump is a reasonable and significantly advantageous choice. The following is a detailed analysis:
       
       
      I. Core Requirement Matching Verification
       
      Material Compatibility
      Pump Body 316L: Food-grade stainless steel, resistant to acidic components (such as organic acids) and sugar corrosion in honey, meeting FDA and 3A certification requirements, preventing media contamination.
       
      Gear Shaft 2507 Super Duplex Steel: High hardness (HRC≥32), resistant to chloride ion corrosion (such as trace amounts of salt in honey), suitable for shear transport of high-viscosity media, with a lifespan more than 3 times longer
